Bai Tong is a jewel nestled in the heart of downtown Saratoga. Bai Tong, which means banana leaf, prepares fresh, authentic dishes full of Thai flavor. Chef Chulalak Kachinthorn uses organic tofu, seasonal organic vegetables whenever possible, and no MSG. She will gladly prepare vegan dishes, gluten-free meals or accommodate special dietary needs if requested when placing an order.
